Named after the birth-year of their grandfather, brother-duo Ivan and Eng Kuang started their brewery business in 2013 in a shophouse along Jalan Besar. Together with their uncle, doors were officially opened in 2014 to the public, with menu creations revolving around traditional Teochew-inspired dishes.
Due to popular demand, they have to relocate their brewery to Mandai and restaurant is now located along Joo Jiat Road. Chef Ivan’s Omakase menu is crafted around familiar flavours of Singapore Teochew heritage.
